Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our health supplement products. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and satisfactory shopping experience. To ensure your rights and interests, please read the following refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

 

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • The product is not expired and is in a good condition for resale.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as order confirmation email, receipt) is provided.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] or call us at 618-437-6683 to inform us of your intention to return. Please include your order number, product name, reason for return, and contact information in the email or during the call.
  • Obtain Return Authorization: After receiving your request, our customer service team will review it and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions within 3 business days.
  • Ship the Product: Package the product securely along with the RA number and proof of purchase, and ship it to the following address: New York Albany 1492 West Virginia Avenue 12207. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
  • Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, or arrange for an exchange as requested. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping costs unless specified otherwise.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Products that have expired due to the customer's failure to use them within the recommended period.
  • Customized or personalized products, unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications.

4. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 618-437-6683 within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos or videos of the defect and your proof of purchase. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process the cancellation and refund the full purchase price within 3-5 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above once you receive the product.
