Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
- Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, or arrange for an exchange as requested. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping costs unless specified otherwise.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
